1. Use of the App

Pursuits is a micro-learning application designed to provide personalized knowledge and interactive content.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Accounts and Access

You may use Pursuits with or without an account.

If you sign in using Apple, Google, or email, you are responsible for keeping your account access methods (such as device security, passwords, or linked accounts) safe.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Pursuits offers optional paid subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Payment is processed securely through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Annual subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled during this trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial period, and the subscription will then renew annually.

You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple and Google.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by Pursuits or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content outside the app without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pursuits and its developers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the app.
